At the Gym or in your home. Get Kickin’ puts the “personal” back into training!
At the gym, training can be conducted for 1-6 people. Anyone age 14 or older is welcome to participate. Younger clients are considered on an individual basis.
In-Home training is usually done for one or two people, but depends on the space available.
Training includes individualized fitness programs designed to meet your specific goals.
Your program will likely include:
- Dynamic stretching to prepare you for your session
- Body weight exercises for strength and conditioning
- Balance, core, and strength exercises using body weight, free weights, resistance bands, etc.
- Muay Thai / Kickboxing training using boxing gloves, heavy bags, focus mitts and Thai pads for a total body strength and cardio workout.
